I saw this quote in a book the other day while perusing the shelves at a bookstore. I truly believe we can be healthier (both physically and emotionally) if we unplug from our various forms of technology! Studies back this up. So many people these days struggle with anxiety, insomnia, neck strain, even vision problems. Technology can be a great resource, but keep in mind it can also adversely affect our physical and mental health. Try unplugging and notice the difference in your life! Go outside, read a book, watch the sunset, count your blessings, and most importantly, pay attention to the people around you!
